- Processing Times: It typically takes 7–10 business days for us to process an approved refund, after which your financial institution may require an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the funds in your account.
2. Refund Policy for AI Designs (Digital Products
2.1 Nature of AI Designs
- Instant Delivery: AI-generated cabin designs are provided as immediate digital downloads upon purchase.
2.2 Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds may be issued if there is a technical issue (e.g., file corruption or incomplete download) that cannot be resolved by our support team
- Requests must be submitted to support@cabindesigncocom within 7 days of purchase.
2.3 Non Refundable Conditions
- Refunds are not issued for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the designs style or aesthetics
- Once an AI design has been successfully downloaded, it is considered a final sale, barring a proven technical error on our end.
3. Refund Policy for Cabin Blueprints (Digital Products
3.1 Nature of Cabin Blueprints
- Architectural Plans: Cabin blueprints include detailed technical drawings delivered digitally via email or direct download.
3.2 Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are available if the delivered blueprint is incomplete, incorrect, or does not match the product description
- You must contact us within 14 days of purchase to report the issue.
3.3 Non Refundable Conditions
- Blueprints that have been downloaded or shared are not eligible for refunds unless there is a demonstrable error or mismatch in the files provided
- Dissatisfaction with the design style or incompatibility with local building regulations does not qualify for a refund. We recommend confirming local compliance requirements before purchase.
3.4 Resolution Steps
- If you find an issue, our support team may offer corrections or modifications at no extra cost, when possible, before considering a refund.
4. Refund Policy for Cabin Building Kits (Physical Products
4.1 Nature of Building Kits
- Physical Shipments: Cabin building kits contain materials, instructions, and hardware shipped to your specified address.
4.2 Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds may be granted for damaged, defection, or incomplete kits
- You must contact support@cabindesignco.com within 30 days of receiving the kit
- Refunds are processed only after the returned kit is received and inspected.
4.3 Non Refundable Conditions
- Change of mind or partially used/assembled kits are not eligible for refunds
- Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers do not qualify as grounds for a refund.

- Proof of Damage: Provide photos or videos clearly showing the defect or damage
- Return Shipping: Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by CabinDesignCo
- Refund Timing: Allow up to 10 business days after receipt of the returned kit for a refund to be issued.
